By sending us your CV or supplying other personal data to Biopharm Search, by whatever means, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following statements: (1) your CV and any other personal data you have provided will be kept on our database; (2) we will use such information solely to assess you in relation to positions which we may seek to fill on behalf of our clients; and (3) you warrant that the information provided in any documentation sent to us is both true and accurate.  Although we do not routinely verify such information we may do so at our clients' request.  Through visiting our website, we may also collect the following information: (1) name and job title; (2) contact information including email address; (3) demographic information; (4) other information relevant to our business; and (5) pages viewed on our website.
