Psychometric Assessment falls into two main areas:
- Personality Profiling
- Ability & Aptitude testing
As we are operating at senior and executive levels, we are mostly asked to undertake Personality Profiling. As an indicator of a candidate's personality, preferences and abilities, psychometric tests can help prospective employers to find the best match of individual to the occupation and working environment.
Personality questionnaires are used in conjunction with interviews to provide a useful insight into an individual’s personal style and to see how they are likely to behave in different circumstances. This allows the employer to judge, as part of an overall process, whether or not an individual may be culturally suitable and their areas of potential development.
Although not part of our core service offering, we are able to provide psychometric assessment if requested.
