APPROACH Candidate Evaluation
We use competency based interviewing, using clear and common parameters with our clients in order to identify the desired skills and behaviours. We also ensure that these reflect the specific requirements in terms of a client’s organisational culture or position.
Once a candidate moves to interview stage we provide our perspective on their main strengths, motivations and development areas. We only shortlist those candidates found to be most suitable and capable.
Careful management of the interview processes is fundamental to a successful outcome and we ensure that candidates receive timely feedback as well as regular updates.
