Once we have assessed our client's needs and agreed the search parameters, we thoroughly research the market.  This information is gathered in paralell with our existing knowledge of the leading people in any given discipline, following which we start to build our search target list. 

Using process-driven search techniques combined with our existing network, we source the highest quality candidates.  Once appropriate candidates have been identified we commence our screening interviews. 
 
During the search process we keep our clients regularly informed on progress and on issues relating to any market dynamics which may impact on the target assignment.
