APPROACH Needs Assessment

The initial briefing is essential to the successful outcome of any assignment.  During this meeting we take a detailed brief from our client involving all the key stakeholders.  Using clear and common parameters, we can identify the desired skills and behaviours as well as gain a clear understanding of the client’s organisation. 

We adopt an honest and straight talking approach and are not afraid to say ‘no’.  We are also able to support with recommendations about how best to organise the assessment process and will be available to attend interviews should this be required.
